Good corrections make
a library better.

A public contact page should make it clear what readers can report, who is responsible for reading it, and how the route works. Workflow Library is published under the Knexio site brand.

A real reply path belongs in every public library.

This publication record provides a monitored editorial contact route rather than a form that silently goes nowhere. Readers can write to [email protected] about corrections, privacy requests, and accessibility feedback.

A contact route should not invite visitors to share passwords, payment details, health information, identity documents, or other sensitive material.

Corrections & sources

Use the public route for factual corrections, source concerns, broken links, and clear suggestions that improve an existing guide.

Privacy & accessibility

Use the public route for Cookie questions, privacy requests, accessibility barriers, or reports that a site feature is difficult to use.

Commercial disclosures

Use the public route to flag unclear advertising, sponsorship, affiliate, or vendor relationships if they are ever added to the site.

Response record

Set an expectation you can actually meet.

Before launch, the publisher should define a realistic response target, keep an internal record of material corrections, and update a guide only when its content has changed substantively. Do not promise a response time that the publisher cannot maintain.

If a contact form is introduced later, its purpose, data handling, spam protection, and alternate contact route must be reflected in the Privacy page before it is activated.
